Connie Cornelius has spent 30 years as a fitness trainer, sports competitor and entrepreneur.
No matter what it is she sets out to do, Connie holds herself to the very highest standard of excellence.
· In 1989, she won the Miss Toronto
bodybuilding competition.
· After becoming a mom, she pursued martial arts and has a black belt in karate.
· At her boutique personal training studio, Area Fitness, clients will tell you that the title personal trainer doesn’t do her justice. Client programs incorporate her skill and experience in strength training, conditioning, functional mobility, yoga and nutrition.
