Initiate Your Return or Exchange

If you'd like to return of exchange your purchase, complete the form below with your order number and product details (name, color, and size). We will authorize your request if:

• the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached

• you contact us no later than 60 days after your purchase was delivered. 

Refunds

• If your request for refund is made within 30 days of delivery, you'll receive a full refund, including taxes.

• For requests made between 31 and 60 days after delivery, you'll receive store credit for future purchases.

• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: We cover the shipping costs for authorized returns. We'll email you a shipping label, which you can print and take to a Canada Post outlet. Package the return securely and affix the label.
