Connie's Journey
I've worn many hats throughout my life: athlete, entrepreneur, trainer, and lifelong learner. I’m also a fashion hobbyist. Born in Antigua and raised in Edmonton, I now call Toronto home. After working in law, I followed my passion and became a personal trainer, opening Area Fitness in 2008. Today, it's a trusted and loved wellness space in the Distillery District.
I have always pushed myself to learn and I’m proud of my accomplishments: a Miss Toronto Bodybuilding title, a black belt in Shotokan Karate, certified yoga instructor, and more. Fitness is my life, and AREA Fitness Activewear reflects my dedication to quality, function, and style.
